Refund Policy

Where Bunking Turns into Memories

Participants who cancel their booking 7 days or more prior to the trip departure time shall be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Participants who cancel their booking between 3 and 6 days prior to the trip departure time shall be eligible for a 25% refund of the amount paid.

No refund shall be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip departure time, no-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, or voluntary withdrawal from the trip after commencement.

If the trip is cancelled by Bunk & Beyond Adventures, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.

The decision of Bunk & Beyond Adventures regarding refund requests and calculations shall be final and binding.
