1. Booking & Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable trip fee. Full payment must be completed before the specified deadline.
2. Trip Information
Trip schedules, departure points, reporting times, inclusions, exclusions, and itineraries will be communicated separately for each trip.
3. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, government regulations, forest department restrictions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, or unused services unless the trip is cancelled by Bunk & Beyond Adventures.
5. Identification Requirements
Participants must carry valid original Government-issued photo identification as required for travel, accommodation, permits, entry tickets, or any activity included in the trip.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must cooperate with trip coordinators, follow all instructions, adhere to reporting times, and remain with the group during the trip unless otherwise permitted.
7. Health & Medical Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the trip and must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, disabilities, or health concerns before the trip.
8. Adventure Activities & Risks
Many trips may include trekking, hiking, swimming, boating, water activities, jeep rides, off-road travel, camping, sightseeing, adventure activities, wildlife visits, and similar experiences. Participants understand that such activities involve inherent risks and voluntarily participate at their own risk.
9. Safety Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for their personal safety while participating in any activity and must follow all safety instructions provided by the organizers.
10. Code of Conduct
Consumption of illegal substances, misconduct, violence, harassment, abusive behavior, vandalism, or any activity that endangers others will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove such participants without refund.
11. Personal Belongings
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, and equipment throughout the trip.
12. Property Damage
Any damage caused by a participant to accommodation, transportation, equipment, public property, private property, or natural surroundings shall be the sole responsibility of that participant.
13. Compliance With Laws
Participants must comply with all local laws, regulations, venue rules, environmental guidelines, and instructions issued by authorities during the trip.
14. Photography & Media
Photographs and videos captured during trips may be used by Bunk & Beyond Adventures for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless informed otherwise by the participant.
15. Limitation of Liability
Bunk & Beyond Adventures acts solely as a trip organizer and facilitator. While reasonable precautions are taken for participant safety and comfort, the organization shall not be liable for delays, accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, damage, weather-related disruptions, natural calamities, transportation failures, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in any trip organized by Bunk & Beyond Adventures, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
